DEVELOPMENT & SUPPLY NETWORK
Brilliant-Tex is a technical supply-chain integrator, not a catalog-only trading desk. We combine a technical fabric database, established mill and processing resources, tender-order coordination and in-house laboratories. Existing fabrics can be matched quickly; custom solutions are developed only when the required construction, finish or test target cannot be reached through a proven route.

QUALITY CONTROL FROM APPROVED STANDARD TO RELEASE
ORDER-LEVEL QUALITY CONTROL
We align the end use, approved sample, test methods and acceptance criteria before production starts.
Base fabric construction, width, weight and visible condition are checked before dyeing or finishing.
Key process parameters and the first production result are reviewed against the confirmed route.
Color, lot consistency and intermediate fabric condition are checked before downstream finishing.
Coating, lamination, printing and functional finishing are followed at the relevant production stage.
Finished rolls are reviewed for appearance, shade, width, weight and agreed workmanship criteria.
Relevant strength, color fastness, dimensional, weather or flame-response checks follow the agreed plan.
Shipment is arranged only after the required results and production records meet the release criteria.
