CLARITY BEFORE DEVELOPMENT
What information should a fabric brief include?
End product, market, construction, composition, weight, finish, color, test method and threshold, quantity and schedule.
Do you support custom development?
Yes. The route may involve yarn, weave or knit, dyeing, printing, coating, lamination or functional finishing across coordinated production partners.
Can you support tender or project orders?
Yes. We can coordinate material selection, sample timing, production resources, test planning and controlled documentation around a defined tender or project requirement. Feasibility is confirmed after reviewing the specification and schedule.
What does Brilliant-Tex control in an order?
We connect the approved requirement, qualified production route, progress follow-up, QC and lot review, nonconformance response and shipment release check. The named seller, manufacturing parties and legal obligations remain those stated in the signed order documents.
What is the trial order MOQ?
Trial order MOQ is 100 m, with a surcharge.
What is the bulk order MOQ?
Bulk order MOQ is 1,000 m per colour and 3,000 m per shipment.
How is lead time calculated for non-standard products?
Lead time for non-standard products is calculated after confirming greige fabric availability.
What payment method do you accept?
Payment is by T/T (telegraphic transfer).
Can production lots be tested before shipment?
Yes. Each relevant lot is checked before shipment; the exact test plan should be agreed in the approved specification.
Are internal laboratory results used as formal compliance evidence?
Internal tests support development comparison, process control and lot review. Any required accredited third-party report, method edition, conditioning rule and acceptance threshold is agreed separately in the approved specification.
Can you provide certification documents?
Shanghai Brilliant Textile Co., Ltd. holds the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 credential shown in the quality section. ISO 9001:2015 support is provided through a qualified production partner in the supply network. Holder identities, current scope and appropriate evidence are verified through a controlled process; reusable files are not offered as public downloads.
